Licensing Terms

All digital products created by Little Kris Creative are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a license to use the material, not ownership of the files.

There are three license types. Each product page specifies which license is included and whether upgrades are available.

1. Personal Use License (Included with all products)

You may:

• use the materials in your own workflow
• print or store them for personal reference
• adapt the materials inside your private notes or systems
• apply concepts in your own business process

You may not:

• share the files with anyone else
• distribute or publish the materials
• upload them to shared client folders
• include them in your own products, training, or templates
• claim the content as your own work

This license is for your personal use only.

2. Client Use License (Add-on)

You may:

• use the tools with multiple client projects
• integrate the thinking prompts and frameworks into your client process
• reference the tools in client strategy sessions

You may not:

• give clients copies of the tools
• upload the files to client dashboards, portals, or shared drives
• resell or package the tools as deliverables
• modify the materials to create derivative products

This license supports service providers who guide clients through decisions and strategy.

3. Team or Organizational License (Add-on)

You may:

• allow multiple team members to use the tools internally
• integrate them into internal systems or team workflows
• use the tools in team training sessions

You may not:

• publish, sell, or distribute the materials
• upload the files to public or shared marketplaces
• offer the tools as part of commercial training packages

This license is designed for teams and small groups.

Intellectual Property

All tools, books, frameworks, and written content remain the intellectual property of Little Kris Creative. Purchasing a license does not grant ownership.

Violations

Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or commercial use without the appropriate license may result in termination of access and legal remedies as allowed by law.
