How do I access my Vault membership?

Once you join The Vault, you'll receive an email with your login link. You can also access the Vault anytime from the main menu under “My Account” or by bookmarking your dashboard. Each month’s drop is added automatically—no need to hunt it down.

Can I redownload a purchase from The Market?”

Yes! If you created an account at checkout, all of your digital products will be saved in your customer dashboard. Didn’t make an account? No worries—just send a note into the Backroom and we’ll resend your files.

Do I need special software for the templates?”

Most of our templates are built for Canva, Google Docs, or standard PDF readers. No fancy tools required. If a product does need something specific (like Affinity or PowerPoint), we’ll note that clearly in the listing.

Can I use your content for client work?”

Yes, you can! All of our content packs come with a commercial license, which means you can use them in your business or with clients. You just can’t resell, repackage, or pass our original templates off as your own digital product.
