2. I'll review it personally.

If I need more information, I'll follow up by email.

3. You'll receive a recommended approach.

If the project is a good fit, I'll recommend the appropriate service and provide the scope, investment, and next steps.

4. We get to work.

Once the project is approved and any required deposit is received, you'll complete the detailed project intake and provide the materials needed.

5. I design, build, and test.

Your system is developed and tested against realistic business situations before it reaches you.

6. You test it.

You'll have a structured testing period to use the system with your own real-world situations.

7. I refine and deliver.

Included revisions are completed, final documentation is provided, and the system is ready for ongoing use.

No discovery call required.

Most projects can be handled through structured intake, email, and written feedback.

If a conversation would genuinely make a particular project easier, we can decide that together.

Investment & Payment

- Fixed-scope services under $1,000 are generally paid in full before work begins.

- For custom projects of $1,250 or more:

- 50% deposit to begin

- 50% due upon final delivery and approval

** Custom projects include a defined client testing and review period.

** Larger or more complex projects receive an individual proposal.

Unless specifically included in your project scope, services do not include:
